1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery time within the UAE: 2–5 business days.

3. Delivery Issues

In case of delays please contact us immediately .

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us directly and notify us so we can assist you further.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nifiquebysasa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
