Yes. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships, along with a link to follow your delivery.

Yes — we now ship across the GCC. Delivery rates are AED 45 to Oman, AED 55 to Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait, and AED 65 to Saudi Arabia. Please note the complimentary shipping offer above AED 120 applies to UAE orders only.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for items that are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned. To start a return, email nifiquebysasa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
