Shipping Policy

At Nifique, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across the UAE and the GCC. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery time within the UAE: 2–5 business days. Complimentary shipping is available on UAE orders above AED 120.

We also ship to the following GCC countries, with rates calculated at checkout:

Oman — AED 45
Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait — AED 55
Saudi Arabia — AED 65

The complimentary shipping offer above AED 120 applies to UAE orders only.

3. Delivery Issues
In case of delays please contact us immediately. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us directly so we can assist you further.

4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nifiquebysasa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
